Each book includes space for up to 50 contributors. That’s plenty of room for meaningful stories and messages from family, friends, or colleagues. If you’d like to include more, we can usually add extra submissions for a small fee to cover the additional design and editing time.
Absolutely. We'll send you a complete digital proof showing every page exactly as it will appear in print. You can review, request changes, and approve before we send anything to the printer.

Yes! As long as the two week contribution window (contribution due date) is still open, you can invite additional people. Each message beyond 50 contributors is $15/each, and you can track submissions easily from your portal.

By default, we ship the book to you so you can present it personally. However, if you live in a different location or won't see them before the occasion, we can ship directly to the recipient instead. Just let us know during checkout or email us at hello@mytimelessmessages.Com.
No. All contributions remain private until the book is complete. Only you will see the messages—first when you review the digital proof, and then when you receive the finished book.
Yes! Extra printed copies of the same hardcover books are available for $60 each. Many people order copies for other family members.
Yes, contributors can include photos with their messages.
We thoughtfully weave them into the layout, but this is primarily a book of words made up of stories, gratitude, and reflections that carry real meaning.
To keep the design clean and to ensure every page feels intentional and meaningful, we limit it to five photos per contributor.
When you place your order, we automatically generate 7 personalized questions based on the recipient information you provide.
You'll select up to 3 of those, or you can write your own custom questions, this is completely up to you, we made this flexible so that we can include the questions that are most applicable to your recipients, you know them best.
Contributors will answer a total of 5 questions when they submit, and it should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Once you finalize your selections and the contribution link is created, the questions are locked in and can't be changed.

You’ll get your contributor link on day 1. Contributors have 10 days to send in their messages. We recommend sending one reminder about three days before the deadline and a final reminder the day before.
If someone is running late and the book hasn’t gone to print yet, we’ll try our best to include their message. We just can’t guarantee it, which is why we encourage everyone to submit within the ten day window so nothing meaningful gets missed.
If you prefer us to handle all reminders and outreach, that’s part of the concierge upgrade.
Contributors have two full weeks from the day you place your order. We provide you with a pre-written message and link right after you order so you can begin inviting people immediately. You’re free to make small edits, but we suggest keeping it short and personal. Simple messages tend to get the best response rates.
Yes. If contributors provide their email when submitting, they'll receive a copy of their message along with a link to edit it, but only during the 2-week contribution window.
We require a minimum of 40 pages to create a hardcover book. This usually means about 10 to 15 meaningful contributions, depending on length. Most naturally gather between 35 and 40 messages.
We encourage you to share the invitation with as many people as you can and to have them forward the link to others who may also know and appreciate the recipient. The more voices included, the richer and more meaningful the book becomes.
