Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Timeless Messages. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Timeless Messages

Timeless Messages is a personalized hardcover memory book service operated by Fatima Barrera, based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. We coordinate the collection of written messages and photos from the people in your recipient's life, design and print a hardcover book, and ship it directly to you.

 

2. What We Do

When you place an order with Timeless Messages, you are purchasing a fully done-for-you service. This includes a personalized buyer portal to manage your book, a unique contributor questionnaire link to share with family and friends, up to 25 contributor slots, custom book design based on your selected edition and cover colour, a full digital preview for your review and approval before anything goes to print, professional printing, and shipping to your door.

 

All Timeless Messages books are designed and curated by our team. Every word inside your book is written by a real person — someone who knows and loves your recipient.

3. Editions and Pricing

The Essential Edition includes a matte hardcover with up to 25 contributor slots. The Premium Edition includes a linen, eco leather, or leather hardcover with up to 25 contributor slots. Pricing is displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for customers in Canada, and in US dollars (USD) for customers in the United States and all other countries. Applicable taxes may apply.

 

The following add-ons are available after purchase: an upgrade from Essential to Premium, extra copies of the same book, and extra contributor slots. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

 

4. The Buyer Portal

After placing your order, you will receive access to your personal buyer portal. From your portal you can set your collection start date, share your contributor link, track responses, view your book preview, and approve your final design. Nothing goes to print without your explicit approval in the portal.

5. The 60-Day Start Window

After placing your order, you have up to 60 days to set your collection start date through your buyer portal. Once you set your start date, contributors have 7 days to submit their messages and photos.

 

If you have not set a start date within 60 days, we will reach out personally to understand your situation and determine next steps together. We want every book to happen. If life got in the way, just talk to us.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. To ensure you love your book, you will receive a full digital preview to review and approve before anything goes to print. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off. If you have feedback on the preview, we will work with you to address it before proceeding.

 

Once a book has been approved and sent to print, we are unable to offer refunds except in the case of a printing defect or shipping damage, in which case we will reprint or refund at our discretion. If you have concerns at any stage, contact us at hello@mytimelessmessages.com and we will work with you to make it right.

7. Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is included in the price of your order with no additional fees. All orders are shipped from Canada. Estimated delivery after approval is approximately 7 to 10 business days within Canada and 10 to 14 business days to the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Once your book ships, you will receive a tracking number.

 

8. Contributor Content

By submitting content through our contributor questionnaire, contributors grant Timeless Messages a non-exclusive licence to include their submitted text and photos in the book being created. Contributors confirm they have the right to submit all content they provide. We reserve the right to decline to include content that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Testimonials and Customer Reviews

When a customer shares their experience with Timeless Messages and indicates they are happy for us to feature their words, we may use their first name and testimonial on our website, social media channels, or other marketing materials. We will never share full names, email addresses, or contact details without separate explicit permission. Consent may be given through our recipient reaction form, by replying to an email from us, or verbally confirmed and recorded. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@mytimelessmessages.com and we will remove your testimonial from active use promptly.

 

10. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, format, and production process of Timeless Messages books are our intellectual property. This includes our coordination process, buyer portal, contributor questionnaire system, and design methodology. The written content within the book belongs to the contributors and recipients. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our process, templates, or systems in any form.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeless Messages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

 

12. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at mytimelessmessages.com. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active customers of material changes by email.

 

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
